6:55 avg. 4.5 w/Andrew. I was running late, and Andrew wanted to run out to his house to grab his other truck. But he had a 12:30 phone interview w/Senator Tester. So we pushed it pretty fast into a headwind to get out there: 6:33, 7:36, 7:10, 6:39, 7:10, 6:59, 6:35, 6:26, 7:06. Great day to run! Hamstring ached once on the highway and once going uphill. Nothing else.
