7:51 avg. Ran w/ MS XC team; mostly w/ Kasey, Bryce and Teagan. Quite a bit w/ Khloe, Faith, Brinlie. Got back to the school and then went back and ran in w/ the others. Splits: 8:00, 7:20, 7:09, 7:18. 11:16 last half, but walked most of that w/ Dizzy.
