8:25 avg. on TM. Had to restart it a couple times to get it to track distance, so just guesstimating on distance, but it's pretty close. Once I got going, jog 400, then 4x400m @ 10, 10, 10.1, 10.2 (90-88) w/ 2:30 jog in between and then a cooldown. Felt fast but didn't hurt.
