9:20 avg. w/Sheila. Good conversation - discussed her tiredness - maybe allergies? Skunk crossed the road ahead about 100m ahead of us by Dave's house. Sheila found 2 pennies. I pushed the last mile just a bit: 7:34. Knees still sore on inside when kneeling down all the way, but running is good! Bottoms of feet sore this morning from shoveling, I think.
