Notes
I was really hurting today. I was planning on running for about 30 mins or so but as I started to run I could really feel the pain starting to build in my lower legs. I think that I may have been trying to add to much distance to this week. I decided that it was not a tired pain but a you're going to hurt yourself pain and stopped.
I will try again tomorrow. Hopefully I will be alright and get 3 or 4 miles in.
