Notes
I spent the entire day working yesterday. I moved Christine and TJ then spent the night at the hospital with Grandad. It is not surprising the I didn't really have the stamina that I wanted to have for the run today. I was happy with the length of the run and with the effort that I put in. I was not passed by anyone and I sure moved in front of a lot. People were looking at me as if they were impressed with my ability.
