4 x 400m intervals at the house. Ugh, don't try to run speed intervals on a full stomach. Pretty breezy as well. 78 degrees, 56% humidity, DP 61, wind SE at 21 mph. Still pretty much hit my paces, but I sure didn't feel like a hammer tonight. Splits were 6:26, 6:06, 6:00, and 6:00 pace. Overall avg pace 8:52, avg HR 147, good workout although not a big confidence booster. Better to have an off day today than on race day though.
