Run for the Arts 15K. Blew up about mile 6. All that obsessing didn't do a bit of good! My phone skipped a couple hundred yards about 1.25 miles in so my pace was off the whole run. (I went back and fixed it before uploading it here though). Temp 67 at the start and 70 at the finish. 20 - 25 mph winds out of the Southwest. Tough run. Although my time was bad, I for sure didn't leave anything out there. Avg HR 176 (90%). That sub 2 hour HM is going to be tight!
Splits - 8:45, 8:57, 9:29, 9:18. 9:06, 9:17. 9:47, 10:38, 9:19, 9:23 for last .3 miles.
