6 x 800m interval workout at the office after work before scouts. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Shooting for 7:00 pace on the fast intervals but wasn't very focused. Warm day out there! 77 degrees, 15% humidity, wind SSW at 3 mph. Good workout.
Fast interval split paces were 6:52, 6:48, 7:00, 7:01, 7:03 and 6:58. Didn't really feel like I was pushing it very hard.
