4 X 1200m intervals with 400m recoveries. 2 mile warmup and 1.75 mile cooldown. Shooting for 7:15 pace on the intervals and did really well until I gave out on the last one a bit. Overall avg pace 8:55, avg HR 160. Tough workout, I'll blame it on the 13 miles I ran in the 24 hours prior to this workout. Shooting for a 7:25 avg pace on the 5 mile race this Saturday.
