6 x 1 mile strength intervals at MP minus 10 seconds. 1.75 mile warmup and ended up with a 1.5 mile cool down. 400m recoveries. Nice evening, 74 degrees, 20% humidity, wind E at 9 mph when I finished. Pushed the intervals a little faster than I was supposed to. Felt good.
Fast interval splits were 7:38, 7:36, 7:37, 7:36, 7:37 and 7:28.
