HEAVY thunderstorm and I can tell that without looking at the weather!!! Tried to get in a tempo run but not sure it accomplished a whole lot. Wind was gusting big time to where I couldn't see at times with the rain and was running in water over my ankles at times. Goal was a progressive tempo with 8:00, 7:45, and 7:30 splits on the middle miles, but I couldn't even hear my phone telling me the splits. Glad I didn't get struck by lightning! Probably not the smartest thing I've done. It was a good workout anyway.
