Couldn't help but try to get in a MAF run at the house with the colder weather. 57 degrees, 83% humidity, DP 52, wind NNE at 20 mph. Probably a mistake to try to get it in. Had to run the last 2 miles in complete darkness, roads a little muddy and slipped a little in the dark. Was at 9:55 pace and 135 HR at mile 4, but then turned into the wind and it was dark by then and that was the muddiest part of the road as well. Ended up pushing it in the last mile to get it to a 9:59 pace but my avg HR climbed up to 138 by the end. Still good to get in a run though.
