4 x 400 m speed intervals after work before scouts. 400m recoveries. 2 mile warmup and 2+ mile cool down. Hot and sunny! 88 degrees, 34% humidity, wind SSE at 13 mph. Supposed go to 6:30 pace on the fast intervals but thought I could do them faster than that. Hit 5:xx on the first one based on the audio cues and decided to try to do them all under 6:00 pace. Think I did it! Good workout!
Thought for sure I hit sub 6:00 on that last split. 😁 5:57, 5:59, 5:59 and 6:07 per the official splits. Could have pushed harder on the last one if I thought I had to.
