Ladder interval set on the treadmill at the house. Fast pace of 8 mph (7:30 pace) on 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 intervals with 400m recoveries between each one. 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down.
Treadmill set at 1% incline. Per machine 8:42 avg pace and 396' elevation gain. Not sure what was up tonight, workout felt too easy. 8 mph was only getting my HR up to the high 150's, low 160's when I would have thought it would be up in the 170's for sure. Not sure if my HRM was reading low or the treadmill is not calibrated right or what, but it seemed too easy. Oh well, good workout.
