4 x 400 m fast intervals with 400 m recoveries. Nice day, 75 degrees, 29% humidity, wind ESE at 1 mph. Shooting to break 6:00 pace on the fast intervals and think I pulled it off. Got caught playing on my phone at the start of the last one and got a slow start and had to really push it to make it under 6:00 pace. Good workout.
Not sure what happened on the first one! Splits were 6:04, 5:48, 5:54 and 5:55 pace.
