Notes

Had the don't wannas, but pounded out a run on the treadmill at the house anyway. 75 minutes, 6.5 mph and 2% incline. Per machine 9:13 avg pace and 855' elevation gain. Good workout. Left foot still hurting, let up a little after the first couple miles.
