10 miles on the treadmill at the house. Supposed to be 7 miles at MP but I wasn't feeling it so only did 3 miles at that pace. 2 miles at 6.5 mph for a warmup, 1 mile at 7.5 mph, then down to 7.0 mph for 4 miles, back up to 7.5 mph for 2 miles then a mile at 6.5 mph for a cool down. 1.5% incline, 792' elevation gain. At least I got my miles in.
