6 X 1 mile strength intervals at the office after work. Supposed to be 8:30 pace. Somehow my phone paused itself so I ended up running about 1/2 mile extra warm up that didn't get recorded. I might go back and add it to the end of the run so I don't mess up my splits. Overall pace 8:53, HRM not working, maybe it needs a new battery. 65 degrees, 18% humidity, wind SSE at 10 mph. Good workout.
