Longest run in a couple months so I'm going to count it as a long run. Cathy and Eli rode their bikes to the Bakery and I ran some laps around the square and then back. About as nice of a morning as you could expect for late July, 81 degrees, 53% humidity, wind S at 8 mph. Pretty slow but I got some miles in.
