Easy run at the park with Cathy and the dogs. First run since the marathon. VERY easy pace. Cathy stopped after the first 2 miles. Dogs behaved pretty well, Lady ran the full 3 miles with me. Nice run!!
Did have my first ever fall while running. Lady cut in front of me when we ran by some folks with a dog and took my legs right out from under me. Thankfully it was on the grass and I did a nice little roll and we were both fine.
