8 x 250m intervals with 250m recoveries. Heavy traffic, bad luck with street lights and GPS getting lost in tree cover made the numbers look whacked, but I think I at least got the spirit of the workout in. Actually miscounted the intervals and thought I still had one more to go when it stopped. 69 degrees, 69% humidity, wind N at 1 mph. Felt more humid than that though. Good workout though.

Per Runkeeper fast interval pace for the 250's was 6:21, 7:01, 6:04, 8:18 (stoplight), 6:17, 6:00, 6:09, 6:36 (street crossing).
