Not sure what to call this one. Actually got in a tiny bit of quality, but overall it's hard to call it a MP Tempo run. Ran on the treadmill at the house. 1% incline and started at 6.0 mph for the first mile, bumped it to 6.6 mph for the 2nd mile, then 7.7 mph (Marathon Pace) for 2 miles then dropped it back to 6.6 mph for the rest of the time. Per machine 357' elevation gain. Actually felt okay for the 7.7 mph part but was starting to get a little winded and still can't draw a full deep breath so I backed off. Oh well, for sure better than Monday when it was 6.0 mph for the entire hour.
