Easy run at the house with Lady. Had audio cues turned off again and just tried to enjoy the run. Nice morning, getting spoiled with the wind (or lack of it rather) lately. 70 degrees, 76% humidity, DP 62, wind SSE at 5 mph. Avg pace 9:29, avg HR 137! Really seem to have made a breakthrough lately. Good run.
