Supposed to be 4 x 1 mile strength intervals at HM pace(7:25) with 400m recoveries but I just didn't have it this morning. Ended up petering out on the 3rd one and jogging the last one. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cooldown. 68 degrees, 55% humidity, wind SSW at 16 mph.
