3 x 2 mile strength intervals at the office after work before scouts. 2 mile warmup, 1 mile cool down and .5 mile recoveries. Weather had a hard time figuring out what it wanted to do. 68 degrees, 50% humidity, wind E at 16 mph. Supposed to do the intervals at 7:30 pace but ended up faster than that. Felt really good. Smooth.
Fast interval paces were 7:25, 7:14, 7:14. Actually tried to slow down a bit on those last 2 intervals!
