Easy run down in the canyon and back. Ran opposite direction from normal. 65 degrees and 15mph SW wind at the start, wind calmed down quite a bit toward the end. Good run, couldn't resist going a little faster at the end and avg HR ticked up to 137 right there at the end. 11:21 avg pace. Good run.
