4 x 1.5 mile intervals with .5 mile recoveries. 1.5 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Ran with Lady at the house. Beautiful evening! 51 degrees, 21% humidity and wind S at 7 mph. Shooting for 7:39 pace on the intervals and felt good on them. Overall avg pace 8:06, avg HR 156. Good run.
Interval paces were 7:36, 7:33, 7:37 and 7:30.
