50 minutes easy on the treadmill at the house. 6.6 mph and 1% incline. Again, effort seems like pretty close to what I would expect for that speed. Per machine 9:05 avg pace and 290' elevation gain. Good workout.
Avg HR only 131, but that was because I had to make a pit stop and that dropped the avg down. It was running about 136-137 there for the last few miles right about what I would expect at that pace.
