Easy run at the house with Lady. Ran down into the canyon and back up. HOT!!! I've been having a hard time fitting my running in so I decided to run when I had some time instead of waiting for it to be nice outside. Lady ended up really struggling and actually stopped about 100 yards from the house right there at the end. 85 degrees, 31% humidity, wind SSE at 16 mph. Partly cloudy. Ran with no audio cues, didn't expect to be under a 9:00 pace, thought it would be closer to 9:15. Good run, but I didn't expect it to be so hard on Lady. She really struggled and just laid around panting really hard for about 10 minutes after the run and even had a hard time walking after sitting for a while. No more running in the heat of the day for someone who can't sweat.
