8 x 250m intervals with 250m recoveries. 1 mile warmup and cooldown. 88 degrees, 39% humidity, wind SSW at 14 mph. Ran right at dark so cut the warmup and cool down short. Shooting for 6:00 pace on the fast intervals, but audio cues too short to be any good so no real idea how fast I was actually running them. Overall avg pace 8:04. Ran with Lady. Good run.
Fast split paces were 6:13, 6:06, 6:21, 6:04, 5:39, 5:49, 6:15, 5:49. Not 6:00, but with no real input from the audio cues close enough for me.
