Crazy Desert Trail Race 4. Although this was a race I ran it as a supported long run and tried to run it easy. I probably ended up closer to moderate than easy, but for sure didn't give it a race type effort.
Actually finished around 4:21 but my phone crapped out and didn't get stopped somehow. Nice day, 68 degrees, 39% humidity, wind NNE at 19 mph at the finish. Around 50 and a slight breeze at the start. Good run.
