Notes

60 minutes on the treadmill at the house. Had it set on 6.2 mph and 1.0% incline. Per machine avg pace 9:43 and total elevation gain 325'. Max HR was 144 while I was talking on the phone. Other than that it stayed pretty steady moving from around 130 at the start up to around 138 at the end. Good workout.
