Beautiful morning for mid July!! Overcast and a nice breeze for the first 9 miles then it started breaking up but still partly cloudy, 74 degrees, humidity at 70% and wind S at 7 mph when I finished. Tried to keep a 9:00 pace and then decided to pick it up the last mile. Overall avg pace 8:58. Ran with Lady, and she did really good, although I think she was pretty tired at the end, I think that's the farthest she's run with me. Good run.
