Beautiful morning for a run. 71 degrees, 55% humidity, wind S at 7 mph. 4 x 1 mile strength intervals with 400m recoveries and 2 mile warmup and 1.75 mile cool down. Shooting for 7:45 - 7:50 pace on the fast intervals, supposed to be 1/2 marathon pace. Ran them a bit faster than that but it felt good. Overall avg pace 8:21, good workout. Ran with Lady.
1 Mile interval splits were 7:32, 7:35, 7:25 and 7:30.
