3 x 1 mile intervals with 400m recoveries. 33 degrees, 35% humidity, wind W at 15 mph. Audio cues quit on the 3rd fast mile so not sure what my splits were. Not 7:00, but not too bad for 1 mile intervals with only 400m recoveries. Good workout anyway.
Fast split paces were 7:19, 7:10 and 7:15.
