Treadmill

Notes

Long run on the treadmill at the house. Tried to mimic the course I will be running the marathon on in 3 weeks. First 3 miles at -1%, next 10 miles at -2%, next 2 miles at -3%, next mile at +1%, next mile at +2%, then finished it out at -1%. Kept it at 7.0 mph the whole time. Per machine net elevation loss was -1,462'. Cool north wind blowing and I kept all the windows in the play room open so was a nice 55 degrees or so. Watched a movie and it was actually I nice run especially for being on the treadmill. Good run.
