Notes

Easy run along the Norway coast on iFit on the treadmill at the house. 7.0 mph and flat except for one big hill that I slowed down to 6.0 mph on. Per machine 8:40 pace, 96' elevation gain. Good workout, didn't feel like doing it, but once I got started it was good.
