50 minutes on the treadmill at the house. Just ran the workout that loaded on iFit, a downhill route along the coast of Croatia. Kept the speed between 6.0 mph on the uphills and 7.0 mph on the downhills. Some short uphills as steep as 10% incline. You can see them by looking at the spikes in my HR. Per machine 9:05 avg pace and 323' elevation gain. Good run.
