Whew! 6 x 800 m intervals with 400 m recoveries. Shooting for a 7:15 pace on the fast intervals and think I did pretty well on the first 4 and then I think I picked it up a bit on the last 2 and according to my audio cues actually was under a 7:00 pace on the last one. Nice morning, 71 degrees, 60% humidity, wind S at 3 mph. Seemed like the 2nd interval always feels the hardest and then the 3rd interval seems about the easiest. Oh well, really good workout.
Interval split paces were 7:13, 7:09, 7:08, 7:07, 7:08 and 6:56! Maybe my best 6 x 800m interval set ever.
