6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. 2 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down. Fast intervals were supposed to be at 7:15 pace, but I just haven't been feeling great so just kind of did my best. Actually ended up doing better than I thought I would actually. Last couple were fairly close. 80 degrees, 35% humidity, wind ESE at 8 mph. Good workout.
Per runkeeper fast intervals were 8:11, 8:09, 7:37, 7:36, 7:19 and 7:06. Felt stronger as I went along obviously.
