44 degrees, 79% humidity, wind SE at 5 mph. 12 X 400m intervals with 400m recoveries. Shooting for 7:30 pace on the fast part of the intervals. Felt like a tougher workout than I was expecting. Hope this isn't a predictor for my race coming up on Saturday. Oh well, it was a good workout for sure.
