MP Tempo run down in the canyon. Up and out and back down twice. Nice evening, 63 degrees, 72% humidity, wind NE at 6 mph. 2 mile warmup, 8 miles at MP (shooting for 7:50 but think I averaged a little faster than that) and then 1 mile cool down. Good run, felt good the entire time.
