6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries at the house. A bit on the warm and humid side and a solid S wind but oh well. Went a bit too hard on the middle intervals and ended up dogging it at the end. 86 degrees, 42% humidity, wind S at 20 mph. Put in the effort anyway.
