Increasing pace tempo run after work before church. Pretty warm out, but at least not a big thunderstorm. 84 degrees, 30% humidity, DP 48. Wind SSE at 14 mph. HRM still broke, but I think I was pretty close to max on that last mile. Not sure what the final pace was, but pretty sure I hit my targets, but it was tough! Tough workout!
Made my splits on the middle miles! 7:49, 7:40 and 7:30!
