Sunrise run at the house. Beautiful morning. 73 degrees, 54% humidity, DP 56, SSW wind at 4 mph. Saw 2 deer as I got back to the house. Much better run than last night, avg HR 136, avg pace 11:08, still a little slow, but way better than last night. Good run.
