Notes

Ran the first half of the Flying Pig marathon route on iFit. The big hill from mile 6 to mile 8 didn't seem too bad on the treadmill anyway. Kept it on 9:22 pace until mile 6 then slowed down to 10:00 pace going up the hill then sped up to a 9:05 pace going down the hill. Per machine avg pace 9:30 and total elevation gain 870'. Longest run on the treadmill ever. Watched a great finish to the Masters while I was at it. Good workout.
