Long run at Cathy's parents in Weatherford. 71 degrees, 80% humidity, wind S at 8 mph. Another HUMID morning. Felt like a lot higher than 80%. Good run, 9:27 avg pace, 150+ avg HR, but it was giving false readings there at the end when I was soaked with sweat. Nice to get in a decent long run.
