Long run at the house. Nice morning, 38 degrees when I started and climbed to 59 degrees when I finished. Wind 11 mph WSW when I finished although it felt a little higher than that. Ran some extra miles on an old route and saw some new country for a change. The canyon is pretty along that south rim down there. Avg pace 8:54. Tried to keep an even pace, took a little bit of effort there at the end, but not bad. Good run.
