Notes

30 minutes easy on the treadmill at the house. 6.7 mph and 2% incline. Per machine 8:57 avg pace and 352' elevation gain. Good workout although I should have gotten in 60 minutes. Need to get some miles logged to lock in my 100 miles for September before I leave on my hunting trip.
